I woke up this morning with jolts of pain going up my back.  I went to the chiropractor (for the first time since October!?) and now I feel a bit better.  He was quite surprised at how tight and knotted my upper back and shoulders were.  I'm determined to go for a good massage before I leave next month ( Read more... )

I've had many "good" days where I don't feel horribly uncomfortable, quite functional actually, and then I have days like today.  I felt fine cleaning the bath tub this morning but by the time I'd had my shower and got dressed I felt VERY pregnant.  A heavy, heavy belly.

* my tailbone was killing me last night.  Couldn't sit comfortably at the movie at all.

* these toning contractions are really starting to hurt.  I know they serve a purpose but still, what the hell?

Last night I had such a terrible sleep. My back has been bothering me for the past few days but my yesterday afternoon, I was getting shooting pains in my back every time I moved.
